The Photographer

Every Landscape
Tells a Story

I've spent the last decade chasing light across six continents — from the frozen fjords of Patagonia to the volcanic highlands of Iceland. My work is driven by a simple belief: nature's most extraordinary moments happen when no one is watching.

Each photograph is the result of careful planning, long hikes, and hours of patience waiting for the perfect conditions. I specialise in dramatic light, bold compositions, and images that make you feel like you're standing there.

Common Questions

How long does shipping take?

+

Australia: 3–5 business days. International: 7–14 business days depending on destination. All orders are tracked and insured.

What paper do you print on?

+

Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm — a 100% cotton, acid-free, museum-grade fine art paper. It's the same paper used by galleries worldwide.

Do you offer framing?

+

Not currently — prints ship unframed so you can choose framing that matches your space. I recommend a simple float mount or gallery frame in black or natural timber.

Can I license an image?

+

Yes — I license images for editorial, commercial, and interior design projects. Get in touch with details about your intended use and I'll send through a quote.

What does "limited edition" mean?

+

Each limited edition print has a fixed run — once they're sold, that image is retired from the shop permanently. Every print is numbered (e.g., 7/25) and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every print is carefully flat-packed in acid-free tissue paper, sandwiched between two rigid cardboard boards, and placed in a custom-fit shipping box. All orders are fully insured and tracked from door to door.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be thrilled with your print. If it arrives damaged or you're not happy with the quality, reach out within 14 days and I'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

Processing Time

Each print is produced to order — there's no warehouse of pre-printed stock. Allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Limited editions may take slightly longer during high demand periods.

Print Quality

Every detail matters. From the paper to the ink to the final inspection — here's exactly what goes into each print.

The Paper

All prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm — a 100% cotton, acid-free, museum-grade fine art paper. It's the same paper trusted by galleries, museums, and collectors worldwide. The smooth matte surface produces exceptional tonal range and depth, with rich blacks and clean highlights.

The Ink

Printed using a 12-colour archival pigment inkjet system (not dye-based). These inks are rated for 100+ years of fade resistance under museum display conditions. Your print will look as vivid in 50 years as it does the day it arrives.

Colour Accuracy

Every image is individually colour-profiled for the specific paper and ink combination. I personally review test prints before approving any new image for the shop. What you see on my website is as close to the final print as your screen allows — but the real thing is always better.

Quality Control

Sizes & Borders

All prints include a white border (approximately 2–3cm) around the image for clean presentation and easy framing. The listed sizes refer to the paper size — the image area sits within.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order a print?

+

Browse the Shop, select a print, choose your size, and click "Enquire About This Print." I'll reply with payment details and confirm your order within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

+

Bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card (via Stripe invoice). All prices are in AUD. I'll send a secure payment link once your order is confirmed.

How long does production take?

+

Each print is made to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production, then add shipping time based on your location. Rush orders may be available — just ask.

Do you ship internationally?

+

Yes — worldwide. All international orders are tracked and insured. See the Shipping & Returns page for rates and delivery times.

What sizes are available?

+

Standard sizes range from 12×18" to 40×60". Custom sizes are available on request for most images. Larger formats (up to 60×90") are possible for select high-resolution images.

Do prints come framed?

+

Prints ship unframed — this keeps costs down and lets you choose framing to match your space. I recommend a float mount or a simple gallery frame in black or natural timber.

What's the difference between limited and open edition?

+

Limited editions have a fixed number of prints (e.g., 25). Once sold out, the image is permanently retired. Each is signed, numbered, and includes a certificate of authenticity. Open editions have no cap — they're available indefinitely at a lower price point, still printed on the same museum-grade paper.

Can I return a print?

+

Yes — within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Damaged prints are replaced immediately at no cost. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Can I visit your studio?

+

I'm based in Melbourne, Australia. Studio visits are by appointment only — send me a message and we'll arrange a time. It's a great way to see prints in person before buying.

Do you do commissions?

+

Occasionally — for clients who want a specific location or subject captured to order. Commissions start from $2,500 AUD and include a signed limited edition print. Get in touch to discuss.
